The unicorn of the DSP&P... The extremely rare LaMothe gon. LaMothe was a designer and supplier of rolling stock car frame "kits" that used connected pipes as the basis of assembly. The premise was that the car would be strong and light. Recently data on the construction of these cars has come to lite, and with this and the existing La Mothe C&C boxcar at the NSRRM, we could come up with a design that I could stand behind. I also relied heavily on input and the one clear pic of the DSP&P car that we have all seen. The kit comprises brass rod, 3D ABS details, laser cut wood, injected plastic details, and full lettering. A very unique piece of gear!
