This is a sample of the castings. I need to restate that the smokebox is >>an all in one massive casting<< that has the front, headlight, stanchion, and all detail integrated. This is only possible using the 3D wax print process. But you will have to supply your own bearstack. :-)

The tender trucks are all 3D printed in wax and burnt out in brass. Wheelsets are blackened stainless NMRA standard
These are the laser cut brass components. They are etched with surface detail first then laser cut. Brass is 0.036" thick
This is the art for the 0.019 nickel silver sheet. Roughly 10" x 14". The tender has a fold up inner shell/ You will really enjoy working with the nickel... Much easier to work with than brass.

Available for order is this set of components to help you rebuild your Balboa D&RGW C-21 into the one and only C&S #537. Included in the set:

> Nickel Silver etchings for:  fuel bunker sides and top, coal boards, cab,  cooling coils (very cool)

> Nickel silver boiler comes rolled and ready

> Laser cut etched brass sheet for tender floor, sills, cab floor, and running boards

> Brass castings for sand domes (2), steam dome, smokebox (includes headlight),  long airtanks (2), tender toolboxes, and a short airtank. tender end beams, tender trucks (with axles, & brakes -fully equalizing). Note that the castings are not produced through molds, but 3D printed waxes for lost wax castings are produced and sent for burnout. This mitigates any detail sacrificed as a result of using a two part rubber mold. Also; very cool.

I should mention that this conversion is best tackled with some experience. Some parts will have to be either sourced elsewhere (for example, the Bearstack) or transferred over from the original C-21.  Given the capital involved to produce these, less than 10 will be produced.
